Apple Rubber continues its annual trek across the map this week with a visit to the Santa Clara (Calif.) Design2Part Show from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21 and Thursday, May 22 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. The event will be the largest design and contract manufacturing show in Northern California this year, according to organizers.
Santa Clara is one of six sites with an annually recurring D2P event.

Peter DiLeo of The Job Shop Company, the firm producing the 11 D2P shows slated for 2014, noted that the event will give engineers and project managers a chance to enjoy valuable face time with hundreds of vendors:

Exhibiting companies will be showcasing their design-through-manufacturing services featuring more than 300 product categories for the metal, plastics, rubber and electronics industries. The shows are working shows and visitors are encouraged to bring sample parts and drawings.
