Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging in or staying logged in to your Apple Rubber account, please take note of these helpful tips:

• Make sure the e-mail address and password typed at the login screen are correct
• If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot My Password form to have it sent to you
• Check to see if your web browser has cookies enabled.
  example: IE ver 6.0
  Click on the following:
    Tools, Internet options, Privacy (tab), Advanced (button)
    Check the box for override automatic cookie handling and set to accept first & third party cookies.
